At the risk of sounding like a " Scrooge Lite " / Grinch 2.0 - it's not even proper mid - October yet. 👻👻🎅🤶 I, personally, don't even put up TINSEL or a wreath until around Thanksgiving. If I were Greek or Russian Orthodox - well, that's ANOTHER story because Orthodox Christmas falls alongside the Feast of Epiphany, one's tradition depending.

I totally agree but if you have a self-published children's book about Christmas to sell then you have to start on the 1st October to build momentum.

Have you thought about going to Frankenmuth, MI ? A very lovely town with a somewhat Bavarian Christmas motif. AND a GINORMOUS Christmas store - actually more warehouse than store which is open roughly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a brick & mortar place with an internet presence that would probably tick all the boxes for a marketing venue !
